Հայաստանի շախմատի ակադեմիան հպարտությամբ հայտարարում է այս նոր մրցաշարի մեկնարկը, որը կարևոր քայլ է մեր երկրում շախմատի կյանքի զարգացման և միջազգային հանրության հետ կապերի ամրապնդման ճանապարհին։
Մրցաշարը կանցկացվի Սյունիքի մարզի գեղատեսիլ Գորիս քաղաքում, որը հայտնի է իր հարուստ մշակութային ժառանգությամբ և
հիասքանչ բնապատկերներով։
Մրցաշարի մրցանակային ֆոնդը կազմում է 10,000,000 ՀՀ դրամ։

From November 11 to 21, 2025, the Chess Academy of Armenia, in cooperation with the Syunik Chess Federation will host the international chess tournament “Goris Open”.
The Chess Academy of Armenia proudly announces the launch of this new tournament, which marks a significant
step in the development of Armenia’s chess scene and in strengthening ties with the global chess community.
The tournament will take place in the picturesque town of Goris, Syunik Province, which is known for its rich cultural heritage and breathtaking landscapes.
The prize fund of the tournament is 10,000,000 AMD.
